(1) ARMED & UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

> Secondary school leaving Certificate (CXC passes an asset)

> Must be between the ages of 23 – 50 years

> Valid firearms license (an advantage)

> On call twenty four (24) hrs per day

> Clean Police Record

> Valid PSRA (an advantage)

> Valid Drivers Licence an advantage

The successful candidate should also possess:

* Ability to work under pressure

(2) RESIDENT SITE MANAGER FOR A PRESTIGIOUS HOTEL

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

> Educated at Tertiary level from a recognized Institution.

> Five (5) years working experience in a supervisory position.

> Military/Police/Security Training an advantage

> Drivers Licence a MUST

CORE FUNCTION:

Responsible for supervising Security Officers, enforcing security policies and procedures, in accordance with the client’s corporate guidelines and ensure compliance to all local regulations, and ensuring that all contract requirements are met. Monitor and safeguard the security of personnel and property as well as provide technical advice and expertise to the Director of Security /management on all security issues.

The successful candidate should also possess:

* Investigative techniques

* Excellent human relations skills

* Ability to garner support from all levels of staff and visitors/guests

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Good interpretative and analytical skills

* Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
